Just read an interview with Ripken in USA Today. Was interesting to see that he said his biggest accomplishment wasn't the streak but instead the fact that he was open and willing to try a new position (Shortstop) and train for it based on his unique circumstance (of being built more to play a corner rather than short!). Thought that was cool.
