All seminars below are completely optional.
Available "on-demand" the full week prior to camp, allowing your family to easily travel to camp on your preferred schedule. The typical athlete will watch one per each day before camp, but you are welcome to use any/all of your choice.

Our goal this month is to prepare our bodies, so when summer rolls around and sports resume, we’re ready to hit the ground running ????. Each day will feature a new workout that can be completed at home with no equipment. Only a strong work ethic required. Today’s workout is going to get the ❤️ pumping with four basic moves. Complete it as quickly as you can without sacrificing quality. Complete 5 Rounds As Fast As Possible 1. 20 Diamond Push-Ups 2. 20 Alternating Lateral Jumps 3. 20 V-Ups 4. 20 Burpees 1-minute rest after each round (Feel free to modify movements to your ability) Let’s get it!
