Camp Dates
Be a paid instructor during 1-3 days of the summer "Academic" college camp. Below are geo-targeted event dates.
Team Co-Coach
You will be a team co-coach (along w/ 1-2 college coaches) & will guide the players in camp gameplay & tactical planning.

Bring your 'can do' attitude to help players succeed in learning new skills (on AND off court) + enjoying the games w/ players & coaches.

Your Responsiblities @ EXACT Camp
Identify the Right Players
Before we set foot on the court, it's important to find the right type of players that will thrive through EXACT's program. We hope you'll encourage players you've trained to consider joining the #GoMental Movement this summer!
Lead Tactical Sessions
Your challenge: Take a group of 'drafted', never-played-together campers and unite them to succeed in the camp through group training & team-building activities. You will have ~2 fellow coaches on your staff with you.
Game Leadership
You'll guide your team through the camp tournament providing motivation and leadership. In addition, you'll provide support to ensure that the cooperative (yet competitive) spirit of camp is followed by all players.

What is EXACT?
EXACT is on a mission to help athletes Own Their Greatness! By uniting our mental training curriculum with the best college & club coaches, we aim to help athletes self-actualize their full potential. Through EXACT's #GoMental movement, we've empowered both youth and elite athletes as well as youth, NCAA and pro organizations to integrate 'mental' into their own success.
Why EXACT?
EXACT is the only ID & training camp program that is also funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the NCAA to conduct research on the development of youth and team factors of performance. Beyond colleges, EXACT has been the behavioral training partner for professional hockey (since 2007) and professional baseball (since 2010).
