Jordan Grant is entering his second season as assistant coach at Belmont, as head coach David Costa announced the addition of Grant to the Bruin staff on July 19, 2019. In his first season at Belmont, the Bruins finished with a 5-12-2 (1-4-1 SoCon) record and the program's first-ever SoCon Championship semifinal appearance. Belmont shutout its opponents by a combined score of 6-0 in the first two rounds of the tournament before falling in overtime to UNC Greensboro in the semifinal. Grant, a decorated collegiate player and well-respected in the college and club scenes, came to Belmont after spending the previous two-plus seasons as director of operations at the University of Cincinnati.
