Tim Marchisotto joined the Redhawks soccer staff as an assistant coach for the inaugural season of Redhawks soccer, beginning as a club program in 2016 before transitioning to the NAIA in 2017. He then become the Associate Head Coach for the Men's and Women's program in 2017. In 2018 Coach Marchisotto took over as Head Coach of the Women's soccer program. He has successfully led the mens program to the California Pacific Conference playoffs in their first 2 years in NAIA play and the Women to their first Conference tournament in their 2nd year. Marchisotto serves as the General Manager and coach for Sporting AZ FC, a member of the United Premier Soccer League, where he led them to a Conference Championship in 2017 & 2018. He guided Sporting to a spot in the 2018 UPSL National Championship game and US Open Cup 3rd round. Sporting AZ FC fields both mens and womens teams. Marchisotto was as an assistant coach at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Ariz.) until 2015. He helped the Eagles to a 12-5-1 overall record and a 9-2 record in the California Pacific Conference and to the Championship game. The Eagles returned to the conference playoffs again the following year. He also served as Director of College Recruiting for Real Salt Lake Academy DA. Marchisotto was a long time assistant mens and womens coach at Grand Canyon University during the 2000s and started his college coaching on the east coast at Bowdoin College and Stevens Institute of Technology.
