In 2014, Austin began working as a Goalkeeper Specified coach for the New England Revolution Academy. Nick assisted in programs including Regional Development School and Regional Training Center, as well as training an academy team in Southern Rhode Island. In 4 years, Austin has achieved many accolades including a United States Soccer Federation D National Level License and a Personal Trainer Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Nick graduated from Colby-Sawyer College New London, NH in 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and Coaching Certificate. During his collegiate soccer career, Austin was a 4-year starter and led the Chargers to their first conference championship appearance in 14 years. He holds the school record for most shutouts in a single season (12) and most saves in a single game (19). Austin is local to Westerly, R.I. and a 2011 graduate of Westerly HS. As a breakout varsity soccer member and starting goalkeeper from 2009-11, Austin led the Bulldogs to a single season record of 9 shutouts and first ever DII title appearance. Austin finished with a school-record 24 career shutouts.
