Miaskowski was named goalkeeper coach for the Carroll University mens soccer team in the summer of 2014. The Appleton, Wis. native enjoyed a standout career as a four-year starting goalkeeper for Carroll.   During his tenure in the net for the Pioneers, Tomek helped Carroll to a Midwest Conference regular season championship and three MWC tournament titles. His 2012 team knocked off No. 12 Carleton College in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, giving the Pioneers their second-ever NCAA Tournament victory.   Tomek is a solid fixture in the Carroll mens soccer record book. He holds team records for career wins, saves and shutouts. Following his senior season he was named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Six team.   After graduating from Carroll with undergraduate degrees in mathematics and exercise science, Tomek has continued his studies while pursuing a masters degree in business and administration from Carroll.   In addition to leading the Carroll goalkeepers, Tomek also serves as the mens soccer strength and conditioning coach, facilitating in-season and out-of-season training programs.   As a prep at Appleton Xavier High School, Tomek earned first team all-conference and team defensive MVP honors for his senior season.
