Baisden makes his way to Mossy Creek from Tennessee Wesleyan University where he served as a volunteer assistant coach before becoming a full-time assistant during the 2017-18 campaign. He was a four-year starter as a defender for the TWU side before graduating with a degree in Business Administration, General Management. The Middlesbrough, England native was a highly touted student-athlete at Tennessee Wesleyan. He was named to the NAIA Appalachian Athletic Conference All-Tournament team during the 2014-15 season before being recognized as a back-to-back first team All-Conference player. He closed out his collegiate career as a captain for the Bulldogs during his senior season as well as winning the Stan Harrison Award for the contributions he made to the team and school.
