Fox has been the recruiting coordinator at Chapman University since he was hired in 2013. During his six years the Panthers have had a record of 187-84 and have won the SCIAC tournament twice, participated in two NCAA regionals, and won the 2019 World Series. His teams have set several program and NCAA national records, and have produced 4 All-Americans, 18 All-Region selections, and two drafted players. Prior to Chapman, Coach Fox spent seven seasons as the recruiting coordinator at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo. During his tenure they developed over 30 Division I ballplayers and had several of their players drafted by Major League teams. Additionally, his 2012 team led the state of California in overall GPA. A corner infielder in his playing days, Fox spent two years at South Mountain Community College in Phoenix, Ariz. where he earned ACCAC Freshman of the Year honors in 2001-02 before transferring to Colorado Mesa University. Fox had a successful tenure at CMU, going to back-to-back Division II Regionals in his junior and senior seasons.
