Ragano comes to Hanover after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at California Baptist University where she focused on goalkeeper development and recruiting. She helped lead the team to first place in the Pacific West Conference and the first round of the NCAA Division II tournament in 2017, following the 2016 second place finish. Raganos work with Cal Baptists goalkeeping squad paid off, as the teams starting keeper broke career records for saves and shutouts. She was named Defensive Player of the Week three times and received Goalkeeper of the Year accolades from the conference.  While in California, Ragano was involved in the community, coaching Legends Soccer Club, working with school-aged athletes in the area, and as an assistant coach at Martin Luther King High School and Santiago High School. She held these positions before she began coaching at CBU, starting at both Legends and the high schools in 2013. Ragano played Division I womens soccer at UC Riverside from 2012-15 where she was a goalkeeper.
