Elmira
Division 3

Andrew Incho started as the assistant mens soccer coach during the 2017-18 academic year. Incho came to Elmira after spending three seasons as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Division I Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. As an assistant, Incho created and ran training sessions with field players and goalkeepers. Incho also helped oversee a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Defensive Player of the Year and four MAAC All-Conference selections. He helped guide the Griffins to a MAAC Tournament appearance in 2015, their first since the 2011 campaign. During his time in Buffalo, Incho also served as an assistant coach for the U-17 Empire Buffalos and as the head coach of the Amherst Soccer Associations U-16 boys team. Prior to joining the Griffins coaching staff, Incho was a four-year letter winner at Canisius under Elmira alumnus Dermot McGrane 94 and current EC head coach Kevin Brenner. He made 21 starts in 62 games on the Canisius defense and tallied nine career points (3g, 6a). Inchos most memorable point was the game-winning goal scored against cross-town rival Buffalo, which earned him the second-best play on ESPN SportsCenters Top 10 Plays that night.   Incho graduated from Canisius in 2013 with a bachelors degree in Communications and will be working towards a masters while at Elmira.
