Kelly played at Catawba College form 2001-2004, where her teams won a SAC tournament conference championship in 2001 and a regular season championship in 2002. In 2010 she graduated from Liberty University with a Master's in Educational Administration/Supervision.
"I am excited and thankful to be the next volleyball coach at Erskine College. First, I want to thank God for his plan is greater than anything we could plan. I am very grateful to Athletic Director [Mark Peeler](https://erskinesports.com/staff.aspxstaff=4) and President Robert Gustafson for investing and trusting in my vision for the future of the program, said Burdeau. "I am excited to get started with our student athletes and staff on building a solid foundation for our future success. Achieving our next level of performance starts first with being thankful for the blessings that life, family, education and sports truly are. After being on campus, getting to know Mark's leadership and vision with the support of President Gustafson it was very clear that I wanted to be a part of The Flying Fleet.
Erskine Volleyball has a rich history of academic and athletic excellence, and I look forward to continuing the traditions by serving, encouraging and empowering the lives of the student athletes."
