Michael Cracas enters his fourth season as the Head Womens Soccer Coach at Hiram College in 2018. In his first three seasons at the helm, Cracas has revamped the program, both on the field and in the classroom.

Mike brings over 16 years of experience coaching and training goalkeepers. In addition to his duties at Hiram, Cracas currently owns and operates Quick Hands Goalkeeper Training, LLC., which specializes in goalkeeper training for goalies of all ages. For the past four years six goalkeepers that have trained with him have received and accepted Division I or Division II scholarships. In additional twelve goalkeepers have gone on to play at Division III institutions.

As a player at Defiance College, Mike served as the starting goalkeeper and was named to the All-Conference Team (1994) while also participating in the Kendis National All-Star Game (1995).

Cracas earned his Masters degree in Sports-Exercise Psychology from Argosy University (Ill.) in June of 2012 and earned a Bachelors degree in Sport Management from Defiance College in May of 1999. Mike currently holds a USSF National License as well as the NSCAA State (Level 1) and Regional (Level 2) Goalkeeper Diplomas. In addition to his coaching certifications, Cracas is also a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through IFPA. Additionally, he is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
