Willis joined the Huntingdon coaching staff as assistant volleyball coach in the spring of 2015.
In her first season, Willis helped guide the Hawks to a 15-20 record, including nine wins in the final 13 matches.
Before Huntingdon, Willis coached at Tennessee Temple University. She served as the Crusaders' head coach in 2014 and was a graduate assistant coach in 2013.
As head coach, she led Tennessee Temple to a 23-15 record and the Crusaders' first appearance in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association national tournament.
Willis' team produced one second-team USCAA All-American and one honorable mention All-American. The team also qualified for the National Christian College Athletic Association national tournament.
As a player, Willis was a four-year starter at setter for Toccoa Falls College and set the school record for career assists. She earned second-team All-American honors in 2011 from the NCCAA and the American Volleyball Coaches Association. She was a two-time NCCAA first-team All-Region selection and a two-time NCCAA second-team All-Region selection.
Willis earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education from Toccoa Falls.
