Mallory Sayre has been a member of the Oglethorpe women's soccer coaching staff since 2016.  She undertook here playing career at the NCAA Division II University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. While there, she was a four-year starter at goalkeeper for the Nighthawks. She finished her career as the all-time North Georgia and Peach Belt Conference leader in shutouts by a goalkeeper. She was also named one of the top 30 all-time best players in the history of the program.  Sayre has attained a Level 1 diploma as a goalkeeping coach from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). She also holds a Level E coaching license from the organization.  She graduated from North Georgia in 2016 with a degree in physical education and earned her master's degree in physical education from the same institution in May.
