Coach Duggan grew up in the town of Jarrow, a suburb of the great city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, in England and immigrated to the United States in 2007.He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, England and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University. Coach Duggan has worked as a Social Studies teacher at Grayson High School in Loganville since 2012.
 
Lee has been involved in soccer in various capacities for 30 years. Starting at the age of 11 as a player in the English schoolboy leagues, his passion for the game led him into the competitive adult amateur leagues of Northern England. 
In 2010 he began coaching in the Georgia Soccer League with the U-19 girls select team at Liberty Soccer Club in Loganville and spent the 2012/13 season coaching Parkview High School Boys Junior Varsity squad. Along with his teaching duties Coach Duggan is also the Men's Varsity Head Coach at Grayson High School.
 
2018 will be Coach Duggan's sixth season with Oxford College of Emory University.
 
He, and his wife Stephanie, have been married for 10 years and currently reside in Snellville, Georgia.
