I currently coach at Plymouth State University.  After a 4 year college playing career I entered the coaching ranks.  This was my first opportunity to coach at the college level. I serve as the programs recruiting coordinator, film breakdown and film exchange coordinator, make  travel arrangements for away games, monitor grades and help lead study hall twice a week, lead skill development workouts during the season, scout upcoming opponents, keep track of timeouts and fouls during the game, help lead practice plans, and serve as the leason between the coaching staff and players. I inherited a team that finished 10-16 and last in the conference and this past season I led recruiting of 10 newcomers, including a rookie of the year point guard and 3 other starters and two off the bench that played 15+ minutes, and we finished 13-13 which led us to a playoff birth
