Pazo, a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil comes to Union playing four seasons at Shorter University, in Rome, Georgia at the NCAA DII level. A Magna Cum Laude graduate, Pazo recieve his degree in December 2015 double majoring in Economics and Business Management During his time in Georgia, Thomas helped coaching kids from all levels and ages for the North Georgia United Soccer ClubPazo coaching career took him to California, where he worked as an assistant coach for the San Luis Obispo Soccer Club and San Luis Obispo High School. Holding a USSF "E" license, Pazo traveled across seas to Europe where he took coaching courses (FA Level 1 and 2), while participating in an internship for the Benfica Soccer Academy in London, England. Pazo hopes to pursue a career in coaching in the future, but is currently working towards a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education at Union
