Alisa Blair joined the University of Central Oklahoma volleyball program as an assistant coach in the 2017 season.

Blair came to UCO from Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas where she spent the past three seasons as head coach. She was an assistant coach there for one season before that.

Blair led Hill College to the 2014 Region V championship and was named Coach of the year after the team finished the season ranked No. 13 in the country. Hill College won the 2015 conference championship after an undefeated season, and also won the regional title before finishing the season ranked No. 11 in the nation. Blair led HC to another conference title and regional championship last season. She won 83 games in three seasons at Hill College and coached two All-Americans and 13 All-Conference selections. Including her one season as an assistant coach, Hill College won 112 games in four seasons with Blair on the sideline.

From River Road High School in Amarillo, Texas, Blair went to NCAA Division II Angelo State, where she helped guide ASU to the 2012 Lone Star Conference Championship its first in 20 years and a spot in the South Central Regional Championship.

Blair is married (Craig). The two met at Angelo State where he played baseball. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Master's in Education from Angelo State.
