The women's soccer program has announced the addition of Bianca Jauregui Keil to the coaching staff. Keil comes to Illinois Springfield after a coaching stint for both the men's and women's programs at NCAA Division III, Illinois College.

Keil, a native of Gilbert, Arizona, began her coaching career at the age of 18 at Seton Catholic Preparatory in Chandler, Arizona, while also competing at Scottsdale Community College. Following her graduation from SCC, Keil obtained a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Pima Medical Institute while continuing to coach. She also holds a USSF D license.

Over the course of nine years at Seton Prep, the girls' soccer team won two state titles and were two-time state runners-up with Keil first serving as an assistant coach and later as head coach of the program. At that same time, she would also work with two different club teams in the Phoenix area before beginning her college coaching career in 2014 at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, working with both the men's and women's programs.

Following one season at Chandler-Gilbert, a year in which Keil also added a degree from Arizona State University in Exercise and Wellness, she accepted a position with Illinois College in Jacksonville. In addition to working with both soccer teams at IC, Keil was also the Director of Intramurals for the school.

Over the course of two seasons with Illinois College, Keil helped the women's team to 14 victories and the men's team to 13 wins. The first recruiting class she was involved with also brought in 21 new student-athletes from across the country to IC.
