Devin Zvosec joined the UNF women's soccer staff as an assistant coach in March of 2017. He was promoted to recruiting coordinator for the Ospreys in April of 2018. Zvosec played an instrumental role in revamping the Ospreys' defense, turning it into one of the stingiest defensive units in the ASUN. UNF finished the 2017 season with the best goals against average in the program's NCAA D1 era and decreased the number of goals surrendered by 16 from the previous season. North Florida finished the season allowing just 19 goals while producing seven shutouts. Keeper Rhiannon Conelley finished the season with a 1.14 goals against average, 0.750 save percentage and tallied the second-most season shutouts (6) of the Division I era. Connelley also set program NCAA D1 era record for most wins. In addition, Zvosec helped the Ospreys' offense become one of the most formidable squads in the ASUN, as the Ospreys increased from 16 goals scored in 2017 to 26 goals scored in 2018. Midfielder Thais Reiss was among the league leaders in points (17), goals (6) and assists (5) on her way to earning All-ASUN First Team accolades and United Soccer Coaches All-South Region third team. Fellow midfielder Kendra Hoffman earned a spot on the ASUN All-Freshmen Team after finishing with 13 points on five goals and three assists. Prior to his arrival at North Florida, Zvosec served one season as a graduate assistant coach at Ole Miss. Zvosec was involved in all aspects of the program at Ole Miss, including team training, individual training, film breakdown, scouting and  Ole Miss youth camp coordination. He also spent part of a spring season assisting the women's soccer program at Arkansas State. Before ASU, Zvosec spent a year as an assistant coach at Georgia Southwestern State University for the mens soccer team. During his tenure he helped mentor Hurricanes goalkeeper Garrett Blamire to a Peach Belt Conference Goalkeeper of the Week award, the first player in Georgia Southwestern history to earn a weekly award. Under Zvosecs tutelage, Blamire ranked among the top-10 in the Peach Belt in saves, saves per game and saves percentage, while the Hurricanes as a whole ranked near the top of the league in saves and saves percentage. In addition to his duties with the goalkeepers, Zvosec assisted in serving as the teams academic liaison and helped five member of the Georgia Southwestern team reach Peach Belt Conference All-Academic status. Prior to his time in Georgia, Zvosec served as an assistant coach at Rogers State University with the womens soccer program where he worked with the defensive backline and was involved in all aspects of the program, including team training, individual training, film breakdown and scouting. Also, Zvosec developed a nutrition program and strength and conditioning plan for the team. Zvosec played professionally with the St. Louis Lions of the USL Premier Development League where he helped his team to a second place finish in the Heartland Division PDL. The Lions advanced to the semifinals of the USL-PDL playoffs. He earned his degree from Rogers State in Sport Management and earned All-Heartland Conference Presidents Honor Roll accolades in each of his two seasons. He holds United Soccer Coaches and USSF National Licenses.
