Lisa Lubke joins UNC after being a volunteer with the women's soccer team at Santa Clara University as well as serving briefly as the interim director of soccer operations. Along with her experience at the college level, Lubke was the head coach of the u-18 age group and director of goalkeeping for Vision Soccer Club since 2015. Lubke also served as a goalkeeper coach and head coach of the u17 age group for Burlingame Soccer club earlier in 2018.   She earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sport and Health Education from Radford University, and returned to school to earn two Master degrees in Sports Science and Pedagogy at Gardner-Webb University and a Management-Entrepreneurship degree from Durham University.   In addition, Lubke has the Advanced National Goalkeeper Diploma and Premier Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches Association.
