Fidler has taken on a big role with the team in terms of recruiting.  The Bramhall, Cheshire, England native helped the program bring in seven British players for the 2014 season and that number jumped to nine British players in 2015.  He has now recruited furtherafield landing recruits from Holland, Spain and France for the forthcoming 2016 season. Fidler played two years for Incarnate Word. He was the 2011 Daktronics South Central Region Player of the Year, Lone Star Conference Academic Player of the Year as well as earning an All-American Honoroable Mention along with 4 other awards in his Senior Year.  He recorded 16 shutouts in his career and holds a UIW record with a 0.62 GAA from the 2011 season. Fidler graduated from UIW with a Masters Degree in Sports Management and grew up playing in the Manchester City Academy. In addition to working for UIW, he is also the Senior Program Director of Goalkeeping for the San Antonio United Soccer Club. Fidler has completed Coaching Licenses with the FA in England and has completed a number of Coaching Licenses whilst in the US with the NCSAA.
