Ramos helped the program to its first-ever American Southwest Conference post-season tournament in her first season as the assistant coach. Ramos, who was named the assistant  coach in July of 2015, also helped the program to its most conference wins since 2009. Ramos, a native of Arlington, Texas, was a four-year lettewinner at LeTourneau University, helping the program to its most wins since 2009 her senior season. She started in 13 matches and recorded one assist in her final year, and as a junior she started in 19 matches. She finished her career as a three-time American Southwest Conference All-Academic Team member. In 2014, Ramos attended the NCAA Career in Sports Forum in Indianapolis. She starred at Martin High School earning MVP honors twice and serving as the team captain.  Ramos received her bachelor's degree in business management from LeTourneau in 2015.
