Hatleli is in his second season as assistant coach for the Wabash soccer team after serving as a volunteer assistant in 2015.   Hatleli graduated from Millikin University in 2013 with a bachelor of science in fitness and sport where he also played soccer four seasons. He served as assistant mens soccer coach at East Central College in Union, Missouri from 2013 to 2015. Hatleli has also worked with the Westside United SC 1 in Avon, Indiana, as head coach for the U-12 and U-16 Green I teams and as an assistant for the U-13 and U-14 Green I programs.
