Justin Kaiser, assistant coach Kaiser enters his first season with the program. Kaiser comes to Wartburg from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland where he served as the graduate assistant for the past two seasons. He was the assistant varsity coach at John Hardin High School in Elizabethtown, Kentucky during the summer of 2014 and the assistant varsity coach at Elizabethtown High School during the summer of 2013. For his undergraduate degree, Kaiser had to complete an internship and fulfilled that requirement at Wartburg during the winter term of 2015. Kaiser was a four-year member of the York mens soccer program that won three Capital Athletic Conference Championships and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen round of the NCAA Tournament twice. Kaiser holds an NSCAA National Diploma and an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sport management from York and his Masters degree in exercise science and sport administration from McDaniel.
