Coach Brian Fallon joins Webber with successful collegiate and club level coaching experience in the state of Florida, most recently working at NCCAA Division-II program Trinity Baptist College (Jacksonville, Fla.) as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's soccer programs while also working as the Director of Goalkeeping for the Florida Elite Soccer Academy (St. Johns, Fla.). In his only season with both the men's and women's soccer programs at Trinity Baptist in 2017, Coach Fallon helped coach the Eagles' women's soccer team to a No. 1 national ranking at the end of the regular season while the Eagles' men's team finished as the national runners-up. In his role with the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Fallon coached a U19 women's team that was ranked in the top 30 in the state of Florida while also redesigning and implementing a progressive curriculum for the goalkeepers. Before his time with Trinity College and the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Fallon was the assistant women's soccer coach at Johnson University Florida (Kissimmee, Fla.) during the 2015 and 2016 seasons, where his freshman goalkeeper was awarded all-region honors and defensive player of the week. During the same time frame as his position with Johnson University, Fallon also worked as the Director of Development with the Jacksonville Armada Football Club Youth Academy and Ponte Vedra Soccer Club (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.), helping his club finish as the number one team in the region and advance to the State Championship in his first year. Lastly, as the Director of Coaching with the Florida Force Soccer Club, Fallon directly coached a U18 women's team to a No. 8 ranking in the state of Florida while also finishing second in the Florida State Premier League and first in the Region B Premier Division.  This same team also won CASL, CDL Showcase, BSI Showcase, Florida Elite Invitational and the Adidas Elite Showcase of Atlanta all in the same year.
