Coach Evin Giglio has been the men's and women's head coach at Wentworth Institute of Technology for the last eight years.

The women's team is on a three year stretch of at least 20 wins. The most recent season saw the Leopards make it to the conference championship and were named regular season co-champions. Four members of the team were selected to all conference while Coach Giglio was named Commonwealth Coast Conference coach of the year.

The men's team has made it's mark nationally with a 2017 Final Four appearance. The Leopards have six AVCA all-americans in the last three seasons and have been nationally ranked every year since 2016. They're on a streak of six straight years with at least twenty wins and haven't finished below third place in the conference since 2013.

Prior to arriving at Wentworth, Giglio served as an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach at Austin Peay University in Tennessee during the 2010 season. The Governors enjoyed their best record in 18 seasons, going 25-7 (14-4 Ohio Valley Conference) won their first OVC Championship since 1991 and earned the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament berth.

Giglio played and graduated from Springfield in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in communication/sports journalism.
Before transferring Springfield, Giglio played two seasons for Moorpark (Calif.) College where he was a starting middle blocker and served as a team captain.
