In his first two seasons as head coach of the Illinois Tech women’s soccer program, Ahmet Kose has compiled a 16-20-1 record including a record-breaking 2014 season. Kose also serves as one of the two Sports Information Directors for the athletics department. In 2014, he led the team to its winningest season in program history with an 11-6 record, producing two USCAA All-Americans and a final ranking of 17 in the USCAA’s nationwide poll. His 2014 squad also set program records for most goals in a season, lowest goals against average, and most shutouts. In his first season at the helm, Kose helped the Scarlet Hawks improve the win total from the previous season, finishing with a 5-14-1 record in 2013.
