Aimee Haywood has been hired as Ohio Dominican’s head women’s soccer coach for the 2016 campaign. Haywood, an all-conference performer for the Panthers during her playing career, has spent four seasons as an assistant coach with the program and another season as an assistant coach at Denison.

During Haywood’s four seasons coaching at Ohio Dominican, the program has compiled a 45-26-7 record, qualified for the GLIAC Tournament each year, and captured the 2014 GLIAC regular season championship while earning a berth in the NCAA Tournament. Haywood has helped recruit and develop two GLIAC Freshmen of the Year, nine All-GLIAC selections and several all-region and Academic All-American honorees.

Haywood spent one season coaching at Denison, helping turn around a program that had finished 6-11 in the year prior to her arrival and guiding them to the 2013 North Coast Athletic Conference championship.
