Alison Conquest completed her first season at Indiana State in 2012, joining the Indiana State women’s soccer program after serving as a graduate assistant at Indiana University. Conquest played for four seasons at the University of Southern Indiana, being named a team captain in both her junior and senior seasons. While with the Screaming Eagles, Conquest was a four-year starter at center back, scoring four goals and picking up two assists in 71 games.
