The University of Texas-Pan American Broncs baseball team announced on August 28, 2013 the addition on Andrew Carson, who spent the previous two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Lee University, as a volunteer assistant coach/camp coordinator and director of baseball operations.
His areas of oversight include outfield defense, organizing camps, assisting with hitters, coaching first base, assisting with base running, and coordinating travel.
