Andrew Fleming has been hired as the assistant coach for the Eastern Kentucky University soccer program by first-year head coach Melissa Barnes. Fleming comes to Richmond after spending the last eight years at the Carolina Elite Soccer Academy (CESA). He was charged with training CESA’s most elite female athletes as well as marketing them for college recruitment and mentoring them on their correct placement.
