Chris Ramirez is the head coach for the University of Illinois at Springfield baseball team. Prior to UIS, Ramirez spent multiple seasons at Texas A&M – Corpus Christi as an assistant coach. At Texas A&M – Corpus Christi, Ramirez had three nationally-ranked recruiting classes and saw nine players selected in the MLB Draft.
