New to the coaching staff for the 2015 season is Cole Schmit, a 2014 graduate of California Baptist. A three-year starter for the Lancers, Schmit played under two Westmont alumni – head coach Ryan Jorden (’95) and assistant coach Gregg Schroeder (’03). After graduating from California Baptist, Schmit followed Jorden to the University of the Pacific where he served as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2014-15 season.
