In his first season on the Fordham women’s soccer staff is assistant coach Dan Solli, who will primarily work with the goalkeepers. Solli has served as a seasonal staff coach with Red Bull New York in Harrison, New Jersey, since March 2012, implementing seasonal development plans for all teams, executing weekly training sessions and coaching teams in matches, while also completing analysis reports. Before his time at Red Bull New York, Solli served as an assistant women’s soccer coach at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York, for the 2011 season, where he assisted with all aspects of the team and worked specifically with the goalkeepers. He also served as a goalkeeper coach for the Brooklyn Italians Soccer Club, directing and developing all youth goalkeeepers, 18 and under. Solli holds U.S. Soccer Federation National “B”, “C”, and “D” licenses and holds State, Regional, and National Goalkeeping diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
