David Nolan enters his second season as an assistant coach with the Pomona-Pitzer Women’s Soccer program in 2015. He assisted with all areas of the program in his first season in 2014, which saw the Sagehens earn an 8-2-4 SCIAC record and a third-place finish in the conference standings.
A native of Ireland, Nolan attended nearby La Sierra University in Riverside, where he was a captain of the soccer team and graduated with a degree in marketing. He earned La Sierra’s Golden Eagles Award after his senior season, given to the top male and female athlete in the athletic department, while also earning the school’s Sportsmanship Award. He previously played soccer at Cal Baptist before transferring to La Sierra for his final two seasons.
