Coach Rose has been working with the Mesa Thunderbirds for the past 15 years, serving as the recruiting coordinator, bench coach, and outfield coach. Coach Rose has a plethora of coaching experience, coming from an 11 year high school coaching career, including 5 years as the head coach for Bourgade High School. Under Rose’s guidance, the Bourgade High School varsity team appeared in the state tournament 5 times.
