The arrival of the 2015-16 academic year marks Erin DeMarco’s tenth season at Bryn Mawr College. Under DeMarco, scholar-athletes have been named to the Centennial Conference’s Honor Roll forty times, and the team has been awarded the NSCAA’s Team Academic Award for seven consecutive years.

Prior to Bryn Mawr, DeMarco served as head coach at SUNY-Oswego during the 2004 and 2005 seasons. During her time at Oswego, she led the Lakers’ soccer program back to the SUNYAC conference playoffs for the first time in three years. During her first year at Oswego State, the Lakers defeated national-power SUNY-Cortland for the first time in school history.

In addition to her college coaching experience, DeMarco holds both NSCAA National and Advanced National Diplomas and an USSF “B” License. She has worked with the Region I Olympic Development Program (ODP) since 2004 at the state and regional levels in various capacities.
