Fraser Holmes holds a career 65-56 record as head coach of the University of Dallas baseball team. Coach Holmes was named 2011 ‘Coach of the Year’ by the Association of Divison III Independents (AD3I) in helping Dallas improve to 26-14 on the 2011 season from 16-25 a year prior. He played a year of independent professional baseball with both the American Association’s Grand Prairie AirHogs and Sioux Falls (S.D.) Canaries, and served as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2009 Dallas baseball team.
