Gil Aguirre enters his second season in 2014 as an assistant coach for the Cal Poly Pomona men’s soccer team. Aguirre serves as the squad’s goalkeeping instructor and coach. Prior to joining the Broncos, Aguirre served as the goalkeeper coach at Pierce College in Los Angeles and was a varsity coach for the men’s soccer team at Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino. He also utilized his coaching abilities at the Steve Sampson Soccer Academy-Global Sport Institute.
