Farias joins the staff as a volunteer assistant coach in 2015.
She transferred to UC Irvine and played on the team in 2011 and 2012 playing in 13 matches and recording one assist.
Prior to that, she trained with the Mexican national team from 2006-08, and played as a starter in the 2006 under-20 World Cup in Russia. She also saw action in 2007 matches against the U.S. and China, and continued on with the team to the under-20 World Cup in Chile in 2008.
