Jared Broughton joined the Earlham staff during the summer of 2013, after a standout baseball career at the University of Dayton and Vincennes University.
Jared played his first two collegiate seasons at Vincennes University where he led his team to its first ever trip to the NJCAA World Series in 2010. Broughton was named Rawlings NJCAA All-American in 2010 and also NJCAA Region XII Most Valuable Player Award.
