Jason Carlson, Head Coach of Upper Iowa University, led the Peacocks to their best finish in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association, or MIAA, in just their second year in the conference. Prior to Upper Iowa, Carlson spent the 2012 year as the head men’s soccer coach at Clarke following an assistant coaching stint for the men’s and women’s soccer teams at the University of Dubuque from 2008-12
