Jill Serafino enters her second season with Springfield College as an assistant coach in 2013. Previously she was an assistant coach at American International College and University at Albany. Serafino has held the position of head soccer coach with the Academica Futebol Club in Cheshire, Conn. since 2006. She has also served as the athletic counseling/mental conditioning coach for several soccer organizations, including the New England Mutiny of the Women’s Premier Soccer League, the University of Massachusetts, Springfield College and Westfield State College.
