Justin Maullin enters his third season as the head men’s soccer coach at UNCG and his eighth season on the Spartans’ coaching staff. Maullin has guided the Spartans to a pair of Southern Conference regular season championships as well as an appearance in the 2010 NCAA Tournament. Last season, Maullin coached UNCG to its second straight SoCon title with a 10-8-2 overall record and a 5-1-1 mark in league play. The Spartans allowed just one goal against in SoCon play, out-scoring opponents last season 13-1 en route to its 12th at the NCAA Division I level.
