Coach Justin Pollock enters his sixth season as Toccoa Falls baseball coach in 2009-2010. In 2009 Pollock was named NCCAA II National Coach of the Year as he led the Eagles to their first ever NCCAA II National Championship. In 2009 he coached five All Conference Players, two All Americans, and three players who were named to the NCCAA National Tournament Team. He also coached the NCCAA National Pitcher of the Year and NCCAA World Series MVP. From 2005-2008 Pollock led the Eagles to four straight second place finishes in the NCCAA South Region. In 2006 Coach Pollock was named NCCAA South Region Coach of the Year as the Eagles made it to the NCCAA II National Championship game. In all, Pollock has coached 20 All Conference players and four All Americans during his five seasons as the Eagles head coach. The Eagles have rewritten the TFC baseball record book during Pollock’s tenure. The Eagles set a new school record for wins in 2009 and have broke virtually every team record for offense and pitching during Pollock’s five years.
Pollock was named the Eagles head coach in May 2004 after a four year career as a pitcher and outfielder for the Eagles. He was named to the All Conference team as a pitcher in 2002 and 2003. In addition to his coaching duties, Pollock is also responsible for maintaining the athletic facilites at Toccoa Falls.
