Kerry Smith makes her head coaching debut with the Washington College Shorewomen, and will bring a plethora of DI experience to her first head coaching position. Smith has previously worked with Temple’s women’s soccer staff, and was a Graduate assistant for Jacksonville State for two years. Smith was also a recruiting coordinator for the University of Maryland Baltimore County. At UMBC, she recruited one of the strongest incoming classes in program history, including two All-Conference Freshmen. Smith coached the goalkeepers and defensive unit.
