Kim McGowan is in her first season as the head women’s soccer coach at Olivet College in 2015. Prior to coming to Olivet, McGowan spent the 2014 season as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Hiram (Ohio) College. She was also an assistant women’s soccer coach at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, for two seasons. During her time there, the Scotties advanced to two Great South Atlantic Conference tournament championship games, winning it in 2012 and earning the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, McGowan earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in sport management from Ohio Northern University (ONU) in 2012 and master’s of science degree in sports administration from Georgia State University in December 2013. She holds a NSCAA advance national diploma and national “D” coaching license.
