Leah Sipe, a December 2011 graduate of Messiah College, is in her third year as an assistant on on the Bucknell staff. Sipe was a four-year member of Messiah’s powerful women’s soccer program, which captured three national championships and made four Final Four appearances during her tenure there. Sipe, who graduated with a degree in sports management, had already gained coaching experience at the club and camp level prior to joining the Bison. She coached at both the Messiah and Penn State women’s soccer camps, and since March has been the U12 girls’ coach for the Penn Legacy club in the Lancaster area.
